Why Estavia
What Participants Value
Plain-Language Content
Every session is prepared without technical jargon. Materials are written to be read, understood, and used — not filed away untouched.
No Pressure, No Prescriptions
Programmes are informational only. There are no recommendations, no sales of regulated products, and no pressure to act in any particular direction.
Designed for Families
Content is developed with multi-generational families in mind, recognising that different members have different levels of familiarity with record-keeping.
Practical Take-Home Materials
Each programme includes checklists, templates, or facilitation materials participants keep and use long after the session ends.
Locally Grounded in Chiang Mai
Estavia is based in Chang Khlan, Chiang Mai — content references Thai administrative contexts where relevant, so examples feel familiar, not foreign.
Learn at Your Own Pace
Sessions are structured to invite reflection, not to rush decisions. Participants are encouraged to absorb information and return with questions when ready.

Common Questions
Frequently Asked Questions
What exactly do your programmes cover?
Each programme focuses on a specific organisational topic — record sorting, document storage, or continuity conversation frameworks for family-run businesses. All content is informational and educational. No personal or professional advice is given.
Are these programmes suitable if we have limited paperwork experience?
Yes. Sessions are built for participants with no prior knowledge of administrative record-keeping. The language is plain and the pace is steady. Facilitators are available for clarifying questions throughout.
How long does each session run?
The Estate-Organisation Orientation is a half-day seminar. The Records & Document Cataloguing Workshop runs a full day. The Family-Business Continuity Programme is a multi-session structure delivered across two to three meetings, depending on the group's pace.
What is included in the programme price?
The fee covers facilitation, printed materials, and take-home resources. For the Orientation, this includes an organisation checklist. For the Workshop, reusable inventory templates are provided. The Continuity Programme includes facilitation materials for ongoing use.
Can we book a programme for a group or family gathering?
Group bookings are welcome and often the most practical arrangement. Please contact us to discuss participant numbers, dates, and whether you would prefer sessions at our Chiang Mai location or a venue of your choice.
Do you provide individual advice or follow-up consultations?
Estavia does not provide individual advice of any kind — financial, legal, or otherwise. Our role is to present educational content in a clear and structured way. For personal situations, participants are encouraged to consult qualified professionals of their own choosing.
Is the Family-Business Continuity Programme available in Thai?
Currently, all programmes are delivered in English. We are exploring bilingual facilitation options for future sessions. If language is a consideration for your group, please mention it when you get in touch and we will do our best to accommodate.
